I've been here a few times and always try to visit when I'm in the area. The spicy frittata sandwich is my favorite thing to order, it's delicious. As an FYI, I don't have a high spice tolerance (I wish I did) and I do fine with this sandwich so I wouldn't say it's actually very spicy. I usually order an earl grey tea, so there are some non-coffee options available as well. This place is hopping on weekends so be ready to wait a little. There is a good amount of standing and seating space, though so it doesn't get cramped.

This is the CUTEST coffee shop! I can't stop thinking about the seasonal pumpkin chai that I had. The chai was some of the best I've ever had-- you could taste the kick from the ginger and it was just spiced so perfectly. The lavender matcha was a little sweet for my tastes, but tasted so refreshing with the syrup. The spicy breakfast sandwich was eaten by my friend and they were surprised about how many ingredients were in the egg! The cheese melted to make this crispy exterior on the bun that was yummy, but made the overall sandwich a little hard to bite into. I got the smoked salmon toast -- the smoked salmon was so fresh tasting and I love the excess of pickled onions and capers on top! My partner got the turkey pesto and it was so delicious. Almost panini style with the toast perfect crispy and the cheese melted. There were pretty long lines around noon and were pretty packed in the seating both indoors and outdoors. We wanted to try their breakfast burrito which was a new item, but they sold out already by the time we went in. We'll have to come back earlier next time!

I love Avid Coffee. It always hits. It doesn't matter if I'm grabbing one of their unique seasonal drinks or the old trusty mocha, it is always incredible. How busy they constantly are should speak enough to how amazing it is. Being in Montgomery Village helps a lot as it is the only coffee spot around. I love stopping here when I just want a little treat. I always get some form of coffee and I'd be lying if I didn't say their salt chocolate chip cookies has a complete chokehold on me. I love that cookie. Typically I don't buy cookies from restaurants cause they aren't as good as the ones I make at home but this is the exception! It's so good. Now I want one again.

If you want to enjoy coffee instead getting a cup to go, then you need to skip Starbucks and visit Avid. The coffee is fresh and delicious the cafe is inviting and well designed.

This coffee shop is in a shopping outdoor mall so plenty of parking. First thing I noticed there was a lot of outdoor seating. As soon as you open the door they have high ceilings and white bright interior. The decor here is top tier very beautiful. They have a lot of fun drinks I got an iced strawberry shortcake latte. The service was fast and there's a lot of seating inside. The coffee is strong here you can tell they use quality beans. The drink was really good highly recommend it's very different. Overall had a great experience.

We were in town for the weekend and wanted great coffee. Found this place through Yelp and I was happy! It was so good we came back the next day! I ordered an iced vanilla latte and husband got a mocha. They were both delicious! They have lots of seating inside and outside, cute inside too. And baristas were very nice!

Decided to get a mid morning pick-me-up with my boyfriend before heading to the lake. Did some research on places in Santa Rosa that have good matcha. This place was pretty much top on the list. Love how welcoming the interior & exterior is from the placement of all the chairs and tables & the minimalist-modern design as well. There was almost a line out the door but it went by quickly. It was around 11am on a Saturday when we went. The person who took our order was so kind! I got an iced matcha with oat milk, sweetened with vanilla, & cold foam + cinnamon on top. 4.5/5. -.5 because they forgot to add the cinnamon. Perfect amount of sweetness and still had the creaminess of the oat milk & bitter taste of the matcha. My boyfriend ordered the Butterfly Garden Lemonade. It was a nice flowery & refreshing lemonade. He thought it wasn't too sugary which was nice. 3.5/5.

Was heading back to Davis and stopped here for some coffee. It was our first time coming here, the location is so big and spacious! I loved the interior and me and my sister were saying that if we lived here we would come here often to work. I ordered the caramel macchiato, I give it a 5/5. I could really taste the espresso. My sister got a matcha with lavender syrup, it was pretty sweet but the matcha tasted good. Would come again!

I love Avid Coffee and would be a regular if I lived closer. The interior of the Santa Rosa location (in Montgomery Village) is bright and white and clean and inviting. I've been a few times and on my most recent visit I ordered a latte (my go-to, and theirs is very smooth and easy to drink) plus: Avocado Toast: Toasted pumpkin & sesame seeds, local olive oil and mashed avocado served on Red Bird Bakery bread. *Yes to all of this! Mushroom Sandwich: Roasted mushrooms, cheddar cheese, spinach, and thyme on toasted Red Bird Bakery Bread with garlic olive oil. *I love Redbird Bakery bread and mushrooms and cheddar...so as you might have guessed, I really enjoyed this warm and cozy sandwich! I'm eyeing the Grilled Cheese for my next food purchase. And if you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend their enormous salted chocolate chip cookies. I haven't tried the other baked goods but imagine they are delicious as well! I always buy a bag of espresso beans too. Avid of course offers a variety of coffee drinks, teas, seasonal specialty drinks, and more. Enjoy your drinks and eats inside, outside, or to go. Just note: I'm not the only one who likes them. They have many fans and get very busy at peak hours. Be prepared for a line. Don't be deterred; it always moves quickly when I visit.
